|Job Description:||We are currently looking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative and are looking for an outgoing and dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, who wishes to grow within the organization. As the Canadian Head office we manage a dealer network with locations in NS, QC, ON (2) and BC (2). Duties include (but are not limited to): customer service to both English and French speaking customers, leads and our Dealer network. These duties include in person and telephone sales of the various pieces of equipment as well as parts, blades and troubleshooting. You will also be tasked with demonstrating the range of sawmills, sharpeners and secondary wood processing equipment we sell. We attend a variety of Industry and Farm shows throughout the calendar year, demonstrating (live) our product(s). Some overnight travel is required along with occasional work/travel on weekends.|

|Days/Hours of Work:||While the starting salary is low, it will increase after the probation period (4 months) and at the start of year two (2). We also offer (after the probation period) - a profit sharing component, full benefits and a 6% RRSP contribution on behalf of the employee.|
|Training Details:||Work clothing is provided - shirts, t-shirts, vests, pull overs, hats and outdoor work apparel. We also provide all the required safety equipment for operation of the sawmills. An annual (or as required) safety boot allowance is also available.|

|Qualifications:||Qualifications & Experience: - Candidate must be bilingual (French/English, spoken and written) to fill the position - No Exceptions; A valid drivers license (with clean abstract) and a valid passport (or ability to get one) are requisites; A strong outgoing personality with the ability to think on your feet and outside the box; Computer literate, since we use a variety of standard (Microsoft Office - word, excel, outlook...) and in house computer systems (SL7 and Customer Gateway) to manage day to day affairs and our customer database. The ability (and willingness) to manage our on-line presence would also be considered and advantage; The ability to be articulate and explain repair solutions (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical) over the phone is advantageous. We will also be providing in house training so the ability (and desire) to learn is required; We would like to see a knowledge and appreciation of the wood industry|
