|Job Description:||The position of Administration Support is responsible for completing various duties in the area of Accounts Receivable (invoicing, receiving payments, etc.) and for providing customer service to guests and callers at the front counter. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide polite, quick and accurate assistance to guests and callers by answering questions or directing their inquiries to the appropriate person or department. •Demonstrate a customer focused approach when providing service and consistently ensure timely follow through. •Forward invoices and receipts to Columbia International College’s Accounts Payable Department. • Process customer payments and enter the appropriate data into the Residential Management System (RMS) •Provide necessary billing documents to customers and follow-up on any inquiries they may have. •Ensure maintenance of accurate billing records. •Address customer invoice inquiries and prepare billing adjustments when necessary.|
