The Customer Care Ambassador is the first point of contact with current and potential customers and external parties. Responsibilities include: • Answering general customer inquiries, • Obtaining customer information and data, • Inputting and maintaining consumer data and file information. • Serving as a liaison between our customers and the client while partnering with dealerships and other departments to resolve product and service issues

Days/Hours of Work: • The ideal candidate will be available to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM – 11 PM, Mondays through Saturdays and conscientious and flexible to rotate shifts, as needed

Qualifications: Qualifications: • High school diploma (or equivalent) • Basic computer proficiency (including knowledge of Windows-based applications) and able to multi-task • 1 year of Customer Service experience (e.g. retail, restaurant and or call centre experience) • Dedication to succeed • Strong empathy skills and the ability to speak to people of all demographics • Excellent communications and analytical skills required • Good writing and typing skills.
