Job Description: Ron's Bearings Equipment Sales is a "one stop shop" for all things agriculture. We're growing and looking to add a hands on Crew Leader to our team. We sell, service and install milking, feeding, stabling, manure and cow comfort systems. Also responsible for the installation of grain handling and storage. Responsibilities include; Managing and coaching a crew of three to six labourers, organizing site projects and maintaining the sites efficiency, forecasting site and inventory needs to keep the projects on time and most importantly ensuring clear lines of communication with both staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Pay Rate: $ 25.00 - $ 35.00 Hourly Based on experience and industry skills
Days/Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Hours may fluctuate based on project needs Overtime may be required Benefits after three months

Qualifications: -Must have 2-3 years Lead Hand experience ideally in an agricultural construction setting -Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of welding, plumbing, concrete and electrical -Farm/knowledge experience for site layouts -Valid G License and clean drivers abstract -Proven ability to coach and train staff on the job site to ensure performance issues are addressed in a timely fashion without slowing job progress -Working at Heights Certification required
