Job Description: Manufacturing Kubota’s brands of high-performance alloys and friction materials from raw materials to finished products under one roof in Orillia, Canada, Kubota Materials Canada Corporation leads the industry in quality, advanced technology and on-time delivery. Responsible for the general upgrade and repair of simple castings, fabrication of general or simple petrochemical assemblies using GTAW processes under the general direction of the Supervisor, Fabrication Read blueprints and understand interpret weld symbols in order to correctly set up, fit and weld components of general and simple petrochemical assemblies to accurate dimensions. Ensure a safe environment for workers, staff and visitors; ensure personal safety with the use of all required PPE and safe set up procedures. Train with use of jigs and fixtures to set-up and weld castings to ISO standards. Possess knowledge of safe material handling techniques
