Job Description: Main point of contact for inquires - Monitor and organize all incoming email/correspondence/documents and inbound telephone calls- Prepare file - Open, maintain, and close client files in CLIO and hard copy - Ensure all client files are reviewed and organized - Maintain diary and tickler system - Track client trust accounts and accounts receivables - Ensure all time on files is entered with appropriate descriptions - Receive all incoming letter mail and sort same - Utilise CLIO phone call manager, matter manager, memos, related contacts, etc. - Attend post office, bank, and court office when required - Provide coverage for other employees - Liaise with firm employees to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner - Preparation of client files for court attendances - Light cleaning duties - Provide general administrative support for various firm events and initiatives - Program phone messages - Maintain reception area - Keep track of office supplies, - Assist with other tasks
